Simple

Day Twenty-Three: We were still having rough times and no water or electricity for five days after that tornado, and so this picture of just a simple sunset felt so perfect to me.

No, it's not an artistically pleasing picture, but it's meaning was what I wanted. I just wanted things simple and easy then, and that sunset was that.

Countryside Living

Day Twenty-Two: One of the fields in my town. I loved how the sky looked -- this was taken the day after the tornado -- with all it's huge clouds.

However, there's just something missing from this for me.
I don't know what, and I tried some just basic edits and some drastic ones and nothing really did it for me. I don't know. I would really appreciate some critiques on this.Thanks! :D

Redemption

Day Twenty-One: One of the pictures taken while the power was out and I was working with a little hand flashlight as my only light. Completely lousy time to take pictures, but I did it anyway. Plus, I was exhausted and freezing since there was no heat in my house. So, that will cover for the lack of creativity.
